hari he
tomāra gambhīra mana, nāhi bujhe anya jana
sei mana anusāri saba
jagata-udbhāva-sthiti, pralaya-saṁsāra-gati
mukti ādi śaktira vaibhava

O Hari! No one else understands your profound mind, yet everything follows that mind. Creation, maintenance, and dissolution of the worlds, the course of saṁsāra, liberation, and all such manifestations are the opulences of your powers.

e saba vaidika līlā, icchā-mātra prakāśilā
jīvera vāsanā anusāre
tomāte vimukha ha’ye, mājila avidyā la’ye
sei jīva karma-pārāvāre

All these Vedic pastimes are manifested simply by your will, in accordance with the desires of the jīvas. Turning away from you and taking shelter of avidyā, the jīva becomes immersed in the ocean of karma.

punaḥ yadi bhakti kari’, bhaje bhakta-saṅga dhari’
tabe pāya tomāra caraṇa
antaraṅga-līlā-rase, bhāse māyā nā paraśe
bhaktivinodera phire mana

But if one again performs bhakti and engages in worship in the association of devotees, then one attains your feet. Floating in the nectar of your intimate pastimes, untouched by māyā, Bhaktivinoda’s mind returns.
